GC Total provides operational automation services for general contractors, including but not limited to digital workforce solutions, process automation, and business optimization tools designed to improve efficiency and profitability in construction operations.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services
• Use the services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use the services for any competitive purpose or to build competing products

4. User Accounts and Information

When you create an account or provide information to us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment Terms

If you purchase services from us, you agree to pay all fees as described in your service agreement. Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in your individual service contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by GC Total and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business processes, financial information, customer data, and any other information designated as confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GC Total shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GC Total and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GC Total operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
